She Didn't Just Learn The Business. She Built Her Own.

"I was looking for something different—something I could learn, grow in, and eventually turn into a business of my own."

That search led her to freight dispatching. She began learning about the trucking industry, load boards, brokers, carriers, rate negotiation, and everything that goes into keeping a truck moving. The more she learned, the more she realized this was something she could actually do—and build on.

"I didn't want to just learn dispatching—I wanted to build something that belonged to me."

That mindset became the foundation for Just Truck It Dispatching: taking what she was learning and turning it into a business of her own, built around supporting carriers and helping keep their trucks moving.

"When I started learning dispatching, I realized there is SO much information out there. And as a beginner, sometimes you're sitting there thinking, 'Okay, but where do I actually start?'"

That experience inspired Just Truck It Dispatch Academy. She wanted to create the type of training she would have wanted when she first started—something beginner-friendly, step-by-step, and easy to understand.
